To God be the Glory, Great things He has done and continue to do. By His Special grace we brought the Sokpoe Tortsogbeza 2019 Women & Children's Day Celebration to a successful close. On Behalf of The Board and Team OBAAPA Development Foundation, we wish to express our profound thanks to Torgbega Kadzi Zogah II and Mamaga Adjesu II, Chiefs, Queenmothers and the 2019 Planning Committee for giving us another opportunity to serve in Sokpe Community, South Tongu and Ghana as a whole.
By kind courtesy of Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie and Elder Maxwell Amekpor of Shekina Glory Hotel, we had for a second year running, an amazing opportunity to partner with Sokpoe Queenmother’s Association, to impart and impact on the lives of the community especially Women, Children and the Youth!
We wish to appreciate Her Excellency the 2nd Lady Hajia Samira Bawumiah for her Encouraging and Heartwarming Goodwill Message, H.E the American Ambassador to Ghana who was ably represented by Christopher Lamora, the Chargé D’Affaires of the United States Embassy. Mrs. Abiola Bawuah was our Special Guest and you should see how the younger ones were so attentive taking in her empowerment message …’If I’m standing here with you today as the Abiola Bawuah, Regional CEO of UBA Bank, you should be encouraged because you can also make it … most of you are better than I was’!...
